Is buying BTC equivalent to buying BTC contracts?
Not equivalent. Spot purchases usually obtain BTC assets or the corresponding asset balance in the platform account; buying perpetual contracts is to establish a derivatives position, involving margin, funding fees and a liquidation mechanism. The real-time price on this site is taken from the latest transaction; the 24-hour price rise and fall and the high and low prices are based on a rolling 24-hour basis, not cumulative starting from 0:00 Beijing time.
